An opening ceremony full of energy, high octane performances, great special effects and amongst all – a thread connecting the audiences with our motto – ‘CRICKET HAI MERI LIFE’ A 25-min spectacular extravaganza featuring performances by over 250 dancers from Shaimak Davar’s Troupe, over 100 LIVE drummers, over 20 international performers complimented by spectacular fireworks and high effect technology All the acts are woven around a thin story line of how ICL has made cricket a reality for every one dreaming to become a cricketer for every one who thinks ‘CRICKET HAI MERI LIFE’ It’s the journey of a kid who wants to take on cricket, his aspirations and fears and how ICL has made his dreams a reality Opening act
ACT 1 – the creative behind ‘CRICKET HAI MERI LIFE’ and how it’s the dream of every child to become a cricketer and how much happiness each Indian from a kid to adult attains from Cricket ACT 2 - The entire act is to portray how cricket brings happiness to every kid and how every kid has an aspiration to become a famous cricketer and conquer the world
ACT 3 - This act represents the fantasy and dreams of kids - who dream of being top cricketers, wining matches and coming out victorious
ACT 4 - The dream act is followed by the amazing sequence of revelation of a phenomenon that’s turned every one’s dream into reality
ACT 5 - The same will lead to a massive celebration act by all the dancers to the tune of Rang De Basanti.
ACT 6 - The VO will announce and welcome the heroes of ICL the teams We will have large flags of the teams carried by people enter the arena one after another – the teams will be under the flag hidden The teams will be revealed near the stage where they will be revealed. They will be met by the VVIPs
